Magic crit has always been capped at 20%. It's impossible to raise the limit for mages only. It's a global config that would affect all classes. I'm sure nobody would complain about having more magic crit but it's better to leave it alone.

People farm all day every day. A lot of the farm spots have PK guards.

The Fame for all party members will be fixed after the next reboot. The time to re-enter will be the same.
