The Seal Stone drops from mobs in the Necropolises and Catacombs have been changed back to normal drop rates. For a long time, the drops have been far higher than intended. I know this will be disappointing for many players, and I apologize for that.

Magic crit has always been capped at 20%. It's impossible to raise the limit for mages only. It's a global config that would affect all classes. I'm sure nobody would complain about having more magic crit but it's better to leave it alone.
