Hello, I wanted to say hello and share an observation regarding a recent change.
Today I logged into the game and noticed that guards were added to Fafurion. In my opinion, this is a serious issue. I'm not against having guards in certain areas to help new players farm and gear up, but they're currently being poorly implemented, and the situation is getting out of hand.
Today, we have guards in Kariks, SoA, and Fafurion, which are precisely the top farming areas. Meanwhile, lower-level areas don't even have this protection. Honestly, it feels absurd that a large part of the map is covered with guards, with a few exceptions like Oren or some areas of Heine.
If the idea is to protect new players, wouldn't it make more sense to protect Oren and Heine, freeing up the top areas? Currently, the opposite is happening.
Furthermore, there's already a system that punishes PK (Player Killing) with excessive karma and slow recovery, which ends up being frustrating. Adding to this, the game becomes less rewarding: you invest time in gearing up to farm in top zones, only to end up competing against players who use multiple characters and saturate the spots, completely eliminating the playable area.
It's unclear what the intention behind these measures is. From my perspective, and that of several in my clan, this is negatively impacting the server. Decisions are being made that favor zone saturation instead of encouraging PvP or healthy competition.
In the last month, a sharp decline has already been noticeable: PvP in TW is practically dead, sieges are too, and with these changes, even PvP/PK in farming zones is being eliminated.
This is especially concerning considering that safe farming zones like Chromatic or Isle already exist, where you can progress without risk.
That's why the question arises: what's the next step? Remove the flag in Raid Boss and add guards as well? Because it's practically the only thing missing to completely ruin the experience.
