Hello . I would like to report an issue with the Dagger Half Kill effect on the server . The ssystem displays the '' Half Kill'' notification , but the target's HP does not drop to 50- 70% as it should . The mesage appears , but the actual HP reduction does not happen . Pleasse check and fixx...

I can't trade or mail this weapon. (I fixed it by agu)
