    Element weakness skills

    I have make some tested and found 1. Hurricane enchanted +30 Wind Vulnerability ( Weaken's the target's Wind resistance by 50 ) didnt cut any Wind resistance atr. 2. Surrender to Wind and Mass Surrender to Wind did not stack ? They are different skills and i am not sure that it is correct way...
