7 Signs quest

hello and happy new year
Is there a bug in the 7 signs quest at the part called "Seal of the emperor"?
there should be a npc named "priest Wood" and it doesn't exist, so the part can't be completed.
Also what's wrong with the xp from quest, i only got 0,20% so far.

Happy new year!
There is no bug with 7 signs quest. The quest has been nerfed.
Most of the quest that reward top end items are nerfed or removed.
The reason for that is nothing new. Because some of those quest can be exploited, we have removed them.
And there is really no need for those quest. The server is very rewarding as it is.
