auto farm healer

Hi, i was wondering if there is a way to set healer on auto farm to heal all party members not just himself and party leader. I know I can just use group heal but this also only works when healer or PL doesn't have full hp.
I've never played with auto farm before so sorry if it's a trivial thing but i just don't know.

for me it work if i activate arcane wistom on healer so he will loose from alone hp and heal with chain heal the other members of the pt.just change that he heals after 98% hp is missing
