Can anyone please explain how I can create a PVP Def and PVP Patk belt? I see that belts can be bought with coins, but I don't understand what else I need to craft what I am looking for.

You need to buy a belt (s grade - i suppose you want) and a sealed magic (s grade) ornament/pin/pouch/rune clip needed for the type of belt you want (pvp p def/pvp p att/pvp skill att). Then you go to Aden square to Olf Kanore to unseal it AND ONLY IF YOU ARE INCREDIBLY LUCKY you get what you need. But 99% of the times you just lose your coins for a useless belt so you'd better farm adena and make a shop that buys axis coins and go get exactly the belt you need. You will save much time and money.

If it's top 100b for sure
