Failure after reboot

Hello,

Why is it that after every reboot to the server I can not log in? After entering the user and pass it goes to the next screen to select the server and afterit takes me back to the log in screen with the message: Access failed.

To be able to log in once again it is not enough to download the patch. I need to delete every file and redownload the hole game client from the site.

All you need is the full client. Maybe the server was not online when you tried to login.
