The Pig earring does not have a speed bonus anymore. It was removed before the server launch. BUT we forgot to update the description at that time. The description was updated on the last System patch a few months ago.
If you see speed bonus in the description that means you have parts of the old system folder. You should delete your entire system folder and install it again.
