Food for thought

Hello everyone, lets all make some suggestions to make this server more fun and attractive for new players to join and remain active. It is a nice and fast server and as i see its not a few months server which means it is worth commiting. So here we may share our ideas and maybe the gm aggrees to some of them.

1) Make vote procedure easier and reward more for voting. Maybe a pop up window when you log in with a vote button to automatically redirect to the vote page.
2) Fix some bugs and most importantly fix the game crushes and disconnection problems. Today i informed the gm about 5-6 bugs i have noticed. But we should keep informing about any others.
3) PVP! Big clan leaders talk each other, make allies and open wars. Farming is good but pvp makes server fun!
4) REG OLY! As long as we only see heroes or heroes to be in oly, lower gear chars will never participate. I tried to make 7 matches with gh +16 dual mamba +10 vorpal and 1-2 epics and i was like b grade because everyone else playing is TOP TOP GEAR. Everyone needs to play in oly not only the top chars of this server. This makes it more fun and unpredictable.
5) Lets make real siege and twar for one weekend! With full participation and arrangement. I believe that every clan here can make 2-3 strong parties. So defend your castle or try to get one!

Thanks for sharing the good suggestions! I'm always willing to try making improvements. Almost everything is based on players' feedback. That's what keeps a server going strong.

We as the Biggest Clan try to help each other and let PPL Farm everywhere. We want to play Oly thats why we do it. But we need other PPL otherwise we always play against our Clanmates and its always the Same.
Oly is quit different and u should see that some Classes Outplay others and that was always in the Game. There are so Many Fortress that can be Taken by new clans Easy. Even some of the Castles are not so hard to get.
The chance to get Top Gear is way easier already than it was befor. We respect new PPL and help them Already with Free Vesper Items to make the Start easier. We dont make war with new Clans couse it would make no sense atm. But new Clans could fight against other new. Its open to u guys.

let ppl farm omg what u do u mean 2 pro cp will own ur entire clan dont be a server boss wanabe.Btw u dont understand my point is not about biggest clan or op classes is about clients is too much atm some ppl can solo freya and baium valaks i know need more ppl but with extra laptop and some isp tricks 1 person can log 2/3 partys easy so plss is now about old players here

I believe that oly should not have an ip/char limit because oly only occurs when redemption or clan B wants oly . If characters were free to log into their 5 boxes, players quickly appeared to defend their classes and get some of those points. Observing the heroes who, after taking the title, become giran sellers talking about Remdeption (I don't know if the name of the clan is correct) which has more heroes than players. Personally, I also don't encourage oly by the number of days, where I believe it should be 15 days/2 weeks as it would make aspiring heroes more attentive and more anxious.

No we dont own the server and we dont want to. We try to make the server intrested again since some other Clan thought its cool to OWN every Fortress and Castle. We dont attack PPL couse we are well Equipped. We dont go for PVP.
When no one is going for Oly what should we do?

My clan an I are putting together a list of things that we have found in the month on this server.
Some points of interest are
1. the absolutely terrible geodata (ie i was standing in 1 spot in soa and literally got sent down into the water not even moving) and this happens everywhere.
2. Most melee classes that are not tank/titan feel pretty nerfed
3. Mages run this server due to many bugs and overtuned pdef which is incredibly boring.
a) so many defense bugs with necros that make them waaaayyy to tanky.
b) all the bugs with skill enchant cost etc.
4. I can't even imagine if this server was very populated how any one would farm due to extreme lack of significant farm zones to player base even now.
5. Zero open world pvp due to guards absolutely everywhere, there is no want to pvp or start crap with anyone.
6. to point 5 ZERO rewarding pvp events from an npc. People play lineage 2 to farm then to PVP. L2 is all about pvp forever.
7. oly is filled with feeders
8. Adrenaline bot on this server is uncontrolled and very easy to tell who is using it.
9. QHP should be stripped from the server (just a thought) makes pvp annoying and boring because no 1 needs a healer.
10. Again just lastly fix some of the classes because there are litterally only like 3 classes played for PVP. zzzzz

tangents are things like main clans like redemption and rebels have like 4 alt clans that also own castles and forts which is boring.

WITH ALL THAT BEING Said that is just the beginning. I thoroughly enjoy this server and wish there would be a little more love.

TO ROCKSTAR. Accept some help man, you can not run this show by yourself. NO GM can. We appreciate all you do but you need help, you are not a machine my guy.

I'm glad you enjoy the server; I'm going to keep it going as long I still have players. Believe me there's plenty of love for the community on my end.
For anyone that doesn't know I have a test server that is used for trouble shooting and testing things that players report.
It is a copy of the live server. Except char are lvl 85 on creation and sub are lvl 80 on creation. There is also a bets NPC to get whatever armor and weapons you want.
It is online all of the time just like the Live server.

Frankly, I agree with almost everything you said, but I don't see any change. Few people signal anything...

1 = There should be no char limit per ip
2 = Archer guards in one, two, three areas at most
3 = Equalize all free to play instances to 5 characters, I'm referring to those that don't require a token or clone pass. It doesn't make any difference 5 or 6 for zaken (poor zaken only kills grade A). Normal Freya has people killing with 2 or 3 chars...
