Hi L1ndsay, No, the drop rates on Cloned Bosses have not been lowered.

Unfortunately, we don't have a config to stop a player from rebuffing in the pvp zone. The next best thing we can do is to remove the pvp zone entirely. That would force a player to wait until the combat stance has stopped. That may be a good topic for discussion. 'Should we remove the PvP...

Lvl 85 subs would take a lot away from the economy. Plus there are issues with some classes that can't hold certain weapons after they sub over lvl 80. It happens because the was no artwork done for them. Lvl 85 subs was not designed for High Five. It's just not worth it, I've seen it both ways.
