buff in combat

Good evening GM, my post refers to the fact that right now the server allows us to buff even when in combat status, my main class is a Hell Knight and it seems to me a disadvantage for that class, and for all classes whose ability or strength it's the debuff, since when in PVP, they can be rebuffed while in combat by pressing ALT+B or leaving the buff manager open. Please if you can review it I would appreciate it. From my point of view, ideally they cannot be rebuffed in combat. Thank you

I agree with you that being able to rebuff instantly in combat mode is not normal. The biggest issue we have with that is not having a more refined config to force players to wait for combat mode to end inside a pvp zone.
We recently tried eliminating the community board functions in pvp zones, which didn't go down very well. The only other option would be to make all the epics non-pvp zones. I am not so sure that is a good idea either.
But we can look into finding a way to add more configs.
