Bug Report : Dagger '' Half Kill '' Notigication Not Working Correctly

Hello .
I would like to report an issue with the Dagger Half Kill effect on the server . The ssystem displays the '' Half Kill'' notification , but the target's HP does not drop to 50- 70% as it should . The mesage appears , but the actual HP reduction does not happen .
Pleasse check and fixx this bug

hello GM . I would like to kindly ask for your assistance regarding an issue with my weapon . My character is st25 . and the weapon is pyseal blade . unfortunately , i acccidentaly removed the elemental attribute from this weapon bt mistake . this action was completely unitentional , and i sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause . Could you please help me check this situation and let me know if it is possible to restore the removed elemental atrribute ? i would greatly appreciate your help and understranding . thanks you very much for your time and support
