My game crashed and now I'm stuck on the loading screen, but I can log in normally on another character. The character's name is Rohlík

I think you probably need Axis new client 7.2

If that's not the problem then use the repair option. create a new character on the same account and type .repair

Hi, the character has crashed again and I can't log in. This always happens when I want to teleport to Bose Fafurion, floor 3.

I recalled your character to town. Maybe that will fix it. Make sure you are using the full axis new client 7.2 the patch only doesn't work for some people.
