critical rate

why max critical rate 450? retail is 500.i wear light armor and have same critical with heavy.No logick to this.

It has been nerfed a couple of seasons ago, sometimes it might go back to 500 because of a bug but then the GM always corrects it to 450. I don't know the reason, but I think it has to do with reducing the impact of having all the enchanted buffs in the alt+b menu and custom jewels.
