Help with macros

Hey guys!
since im a little noob at the game, i would like to ask if it could be possible to create/enable a macros for 2 skills that my char use it every 4 minutes, but in order to set the autofarm and make these 2 skills re-usable every 4 minutes i would like to get some help because i cant figure out how it would reenable the same macros every 4 minutes and rebuff me with these 2 skills called Rabbit Spirit totem and Dark Force so my char always at same time rebuff itself...

In autofarm click on SELF then add them to the list. They will automatically rebuff when time runs out.
