Is it allowed to spend points on yourself to get the Hero?

Is there any way of ensuring that the Olympics are real and that points are not being awarded with pets? The other thing is that they should be MONTHLY, not weekly.

I've done as much as I can to reduce the ways people feed. By removing team and class base matches and limiting it to 1 IP/HWID.
Monthly Oly won't work out very well. Nobody would ever earn enough tokens to buy anything, and it would be to discouraging for most people to wait an entire month for a chance to be hero.
When more people participate in matches that helps to disrupt others that are trying to feed.
Another thing I could do is to reduce the number of hours per day for Oly.
