Hei Rockstar,
server is growing and its going pretty well in my Eyes. We thinked and i also spoke with some new PPL that they would like to Reg for Castle Siedges bit clan LVL9 isnt that easy when u are new.
So the idea would be to lower the LVL so newer Clans can reg for Castle Siedges and there would be some PVP.
We dont want to overtake every castle with Alt Clans like some Clans did befor.
