Unable to Login Character

Hello sir , good day, i bring these message for i cannot lot in a character in my account. i observed that i can open my other characters in same account but if i use my SOS Tank, i cannot log in it. it will say "LOADING" it will take hours and still loading. i think its bugged. My characters name is "Fortuner". Hoping that server would consider my querry. thank you and good game to all

Hi Fortuner, have you tried using the .repair function? I had the exact same issue before and using that command completely fixed it for me.

Since iamFortuner is stuck or ghost-logged, you need to use the repair command from another character on the same account. Just follow these steps:

1. Log into your alt character: Go to your character selection screen and log into your secondary character, Ragnarok. (If you can't access it, just click Create and make a temporary level 1 character).
2. Run the command: Once you are ingame with Ragnarok, open your chat box, type .repair and press Enter.
3. Select your stuck character: A window or prompt will pop up. Type or select the exact name of your main character, iamFortuner, and confirm it.
4. Log back in: Hit Alt + X, click Restart to go back to the character selection screen, and try logging into iamFortuner again.

i successfully repaired but all my epics and elegia are gone, and my level now is level 8 .. but my skills are +30. Sir RockStar, can you please help me retrieve ?

Hi Fortuner, I’m really sorry about this — .repair worked fine for me and I didn’t expect this result.

Please don’t panic yet, it may not be lost. Some versions of this command move the character’s equipped items to the warehouse instead of the inventory. Could you check:

1. Your personal warehouse (any Warehouse Keeper in town).
2. Your clan warehouse, if you have a clan.
3. The Freight tab at the Warehouse Keeper, in case they were sent to another character of your account.

And about the level 8: how are your subclasses? Are all of them still there with their normal levels? The +30 skills with level 8 sounds like the character may be on a different class than before, not a real level loss.

Meanwhile, please don’t trade, sell, destroy or delete anything, and take screenshots of your character status (Alt+T) and the warehouses. The staff have the logs and can restore it if needed: @RockStar, could you please take a look at Fortuner’s character when you have a moment? Thank you!
